Our office is located at 200 N. Milwaukee Ave. in downtown Libertyville (60048) one block north of the intersection of Milwaukee Ave. (Route #21) and Park Ave. (Route #176) on the east side of the street. Basic driving directions are as follows:
From the North: Exit I-94 or Rt. 41 at Milwaukee Ave and proceed south. We’re one block south of the village square in downtown Libertyville.
From the South: Exit I-94 or Rt. 41 at Rt. 176 (Rockland Rd) and proceed west to Milwaukee Ave. Turn north one block.
From the East or West: Take Rt. 176 or Rt. 60 to Milwaukee Ave. (Rt. 21) and proceed north.
