One special cause that I feel strongly about is giving back to the communities in which I work and live. I do this by participating with my office team members in Easter Seals. Since 1979, Century 21 has raised more than $71 Million on behalf of Easter Seals. The Easter Seal mission is supporting people with disabilities (many of them children) to help them lead fuller, more independent lives.
